My Medi Mate

Terms of use

Summary, November 2026. The full terms are shown in the My Medi Mate app before you sign up, and apply from then.

These terms are an agreement between you and Mercquad Industries Private Limited ("My Medi Mate"), which runs the My Medi Mate apps and website.

1. What My Medi Mate is

A technology platform that connects you with independent, verified providers: pharmacies, diagnostic labs, blood banks and voluntary donors, ambulance operators, doctors, rental vendors and My Medi Mate stores. We are an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000: we do not sell medicines, run laboratories, provide ambulances, supply blood or practise medicine. Each provider is responsible for its goods, services, prices and licences.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18. One mobile number holds one account, protected by an OTP and a PIN. Give accurate information; you may add family members you are allowed to act for.

3. Orders and bookings

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by our payment partner. Cancellations and refunds follow the policy shown in the app for each service.

5. Acceptable use

Do not give false medical information, prescriptions or blood requests, harass donors, riders or providers, resell items or misuse medicines, or interfere with the service. Breaking these rules can lead to suspension.

6. Health information

My Medi Mate does not give medical advice. Information in the app is general and does not replace a doctor.

7. Liability

Providers are responsible for their goods and services. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to My Medi Mate for the order concerned. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Complaints

Contact support in the app or write to [email protected]. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
